How do you capture the attention of a generation scrolling through endless content? Collaborating with Deloitte and the CDC, I led a design team to tackle this challenge for Gen Z.

Our journey began with immersive research—interviews with Gen Z users and subject matter experts revealed surprising truths: humor broke barriers, authenticity earned trust, and visual storytelling made messages stick.

With these insights, we crafted user personas that guided every design decision—from brainstorming to prototypes—creating a digital strategy that made public health information engaging, accessible, and tailored to Gen Z’s world.

Though specifics remain under wraps due to an NDA, this project demonstrated how design can bridge generational gaps and amplify the reach of life-saving messages.
